Bahrain, South Korea Discuss Stronger Cooperation as New Ambassador Takes Post
His Excllency Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa received South Korea’s newly appointed Ambassador to Bahrain, Choi Byoung-sun, on September 17.
The meeting was held to mark the ambassador’s appointment to the Kingdom, with the Governor welcoming him and wishing him success in his diplomatic duties.
H.E highlighted the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Bahrain and South Korea, noting the continued development of relations between the two countries across various fields.
For his part, Ambassador Choi expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and affirmed his commitment to further strengthening cooperation and friendship between the two countries.
The two sides emphasised the importance of developing relations in areas of mutual interest and serving the common interests of Bahrain and South Korea.
