Royal Support Praised Ahead of Ashura
Heads of matams and religious processions in Muharraq Governorate expressed their deepest gratitude and loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. They praised the Kingdom’s continued support for religious occasions and the provision of all necessary requirements to ensure their success.
The remarks were made during a coordination meeting chaired by Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mannai, Governor of Muharraq Governorate, in the presence of Brigadier Jassim bin Mohammed Al Ghatam, Deputy Governor, and Brigadier Sultan bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Director-General of Muharraq Police Directorate.
Representatives from the General Directorate of Traffic, the General Directorate of Civil Defence, Muharraq Municipality, the Jaafari Endowments Directorate, and the Electricity and Water Authority also attended the meeting.
