The General Secretariat also commended the diplomatic efforts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the State of Qatar, along with other countries that contributed to bridging differences between the parties and creating favorable conditions for the agreement.

The OIC expressed hope that the memorandum would be fully implemented and that all concerned parties would engage constructively in upcoming rounds of negotiations.
