Bahrain Army Chief Meets US Marine Commander

Bahrain’s Chief of Staff, Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, held talks on Tuesday with Joseph Clearfield, commander of the US Marine Corps Forces Central Command, to discuss military cooperation, state media reported.
During the meeting in Manama, Al Nuaimi welcomed the US commander and reviewed joint coordination and defense ties between Bahrain and the United States.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral military relations and enhancing ongoing cooperation between the two allied countries.
Several senior officers from the Bahrain Defence Force attended the meeting, according to the Bahrain News Agency.
