Volunteer Emergency Training
The Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) conducted a hands-on training workshop on disaster response and safe evacuation at its headquarters in the Diplomatic Area to enhance the readiness of volunteers involved in humanitarian operations.
The workshop brought together volunteers and aspiring humanitarian workers, focusing on building practical skills for effective and safe emergency response. It was led by the BRCS Disaster Management Team along with certified first aid and emergency response trainers, led the workshop.
A key session covered field assessment and rapid decision-making during emergencies, highlighting how first responders evaluate situations, identify priorities, and activate response procedures.
