Kingdom of Bahrain continues to respond efficiently to the repercussions of the Iranian aggression, security and military forces work around the clock to safeguard the Kingdom and protect its residents.
Captain Abdullah Waheed Al Mannai from the Ministry of Interior said during the National Communication Centre’s daily briefing that all departments remain fully operational, delivering services while simultaneously addressing evolving security developments.
He stressed that operations are being carried out at the highest levels of readiness, reflecting the professionalism and capability of national teams in handling the current exceptional circumstances.
Supply
Amid the situation, Customs Affairs continues to secure the flow of essential goods, including food, medicine and medical supplies. The ongoing efforts aim to ensure market stability and meet the needs of citizens and residents without disruption.
Officials confirmed that supply chains remain intact, supported by efficient customs operations and continuous coordination with relevant entities.
Awareness
Captain Al Mannai emphasised that public awareness remains a critical pillar of civil protection. He urged citizens and residents to follow official instructions and avoid approaching or touching missile or drone debris.
He also warned against photographing or sharing such materials on social media, stressing the risks they pose to public safety. Any sightings, he said, must be reported immediately through the emergency number 999.
Markets
From an economic perspective, Rawan Janahi, Head of Marketing Campaign Services at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, confirmed that local markets are stable and well supplied as Eid Al-Fitr approaches.
She noted that livestock shipments continue to arrive regularly, ensuring sufficient availability of meat, poultry and essential food items across retail outlets.
Prices
Prices, she said, remain stable and competitive due to consistent supply and intensified monitoring efforts. Inspection teams are conducting daily field visits and using electronic systems to track market activity, in coordination with suppliers and retailers.
