HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Opens “His Legacy and Biography” Exhibition

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa inaugurated the exhibition “His Legacy and Biography” today, dedicated to His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, at the Bahrain National Museum.
During the event, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman emphasized the importance of documenting the lives of key figures who have contributed to Bahrain’s development. He highlighted the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, noting that their guidance has strengthened the Kingdom’s legacy.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman also pointed out that 2026 has been designated the “Year of Isa Al Kabeer” to celebrate the founder of modern Bahrain and a pioneer in the country’s institutional development. He reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to preserving its heritage and honoring national figures who have shaped its growth.
He stressed the importance of promoting Bahraini culture, literature, and art to strengthen the nation’s identity, recognizing the unwavering support of HM the King and the Crown Prince’s directives in developing the cultural sector.
The exhibition showcases the life and contributions of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa, highlighting his achievements in culture, literature, and poetry. It features archival photographs, personal belongings, documents, manuscripts, and key milestones from his life, reflecting his lasting impact on Bahrain’s cultural heritage.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman commended the efforts of the exhibition organizers and toured the displays alongside members of the Al Khalifa family. Several senior officials also attended the inauguration.
