Bahrain Red Crescent Participates in Regional Volunteer Safety Workshop

The Bahrain Red Crescent Society participated in a vital regional workshop on “Safety, Security and Wellbeing of Volunteers,” held in Amman, Jordan . Representing the society was Board Member Dr. Kawthar Al Eid.
Organized by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the workshop gathered workers from National Societies across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The primary goal was to ensure volunteers can perform their relief and humanitarian tasks with the highest levels of protection and psychosocial support in challenging environments.
