As part of Dubai’s ongoing plan to make the city the best place to live in the world by 2040, a AED 3 billion Dubai Beaches Development Plan was previously approved to increase the capacity of Dubai’s beaches for tourists and visitors by 170%.
Work on the project is already underway, with construction teams continuing their progress without delay or slowdown.
A key project under the strategy, the Mamzar Beach Development, was recently inspected as it nears completion. It is set to become one of Dubai’s most attractive family beach destinations, capable of accommodating 7 million visitors annually across a 4 million square feet area.
Officials confirmed that development projects are ongoing, work will not stop, and the pace will continue to accelerate in line with Dubai’s development agenda.
They added that future phases will be even larger and more ambitious, reinforcing the city’s long-term vision.
