Bahrain’s commitment to peace highlighted

The peace declaration accord signed between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel reflects the wise approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, said HM the King’s Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
He was addressing a session themed “Future of Abraham Accords”, on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF-2022) being held in Davos, Switzerland.
He highlighted the royal vision, based on openness and communication with all countries worldwide, advocating progress, the values of dialogue, tolerance and understanding.
He affirmed the keenness of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to build bridges and support relations with brotherly and friendly countries towards bolstering common interests.
He reiterated Bahrain’s unwavering support to the Palestinian people’s inalianenable rohjys and commitment to continue working with its regional and international partners to achieve a just and comprehensive peace.
“The signing of the peace declaration agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel, one of the important developments in the history of the entire region, ushers in a new reality in which constructive collective action prevails”, he said.
“Bahrain will remain committed to peace as an indispensable option for maintaining stability and development”, he said, reiterating the Kingdom’s keenness on working towards achieving these noble goals.
