Bahrain keen to enhance Turkey relations and cooperation

Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani met with Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara as they discussed the close friendly relations between the two countries, and affirmed their keenness to further enhance ties in various fields.
Dr Al Zayani was in Turkey to deliver a written message to the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to President Erdogan regarding the close cooperation relations between the two friendly countries.
Cavusoglu said that Dr Al Zayani’s visit is an opportunity to develop inter-relations, continue consultation and communication, and activate the mechanisms concluded between the two countries to enhance bilateral cooperation in all areas.
Both officials held a press conference at the headquarters of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ankara. In light of the support of HM the King and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Dr Al Zayani praised the close friendship between the two countries.
