AMF Marks 50 Years
Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa attended the Arab Monetary Fund’s (AMF) Golden Jubilee celebration marking 50 years since its establishment. Held under the patronage of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the event coincided with the 17th Ordinary Session of the Council of Arab Finance Ministers, hosted by the UAE in Abu Dhabi.
Music Festival Returns
Bahrain International Music Festival, organised by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, begins on October 2. The festival opens with Bahraini artist Khalid Al Sheikh’s “Tathakkarni” concert at Bahrain National Theatre, followed by a programme of musical and vocal performances through October and November.
Scent Arabia Returns
Scent Arabia 2026 will return to Bahrain from November 24 to 28 at Exhibition World Bahrain under the patronage of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The specialised fragrance exhibition will feature more than 30 perfume brands and companies covering oud, bakhoor, home fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, haircare and bodycare.
The event will also introduce a new beauty pavilion, expanding its range of products and experiences for visitors.
