Businesses invited to sign up for mall.bh platform

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism invites eligible electronic-commerce (e-commerce) businesses to register on the www.mall.bh platform, which has been launched under the patronage of Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed R. Alzayani The Minister noted that over 100 e-commerce businesses have so far completed their registration process, which is currently ongoing depending on the businesses’ commercial activity.
Businesses wishing to utilise the services provided by mall.bh must offer an online payment method and delivery service. Enrollment is free of charge with no interim payments. The user-friendly online shopping platform was launched in response to market disruptions caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
It has motivated local enterprises to reconsider how they transact business online.
