Two women escape major accident
Two expatriate women miraculously escaped a horrific accident after it left their vehicle crumbled and overturned on Janabiya road.
Eyewitnesses present at the scene rushed to the flipped car to pull out the two women who sustained no injuries.
The startled women were given water and first aid upon being rescued.
The cause of the accident is yet to be determined will preliminary reports indicate that the driver may have lost control of the vehicle due to lack of attention and high speed.
Ministry of Interior in cooperation with the General Directorate of Traffic has launched an investigation with regard to the incident.
