Court adjourns terror cell case to April 11
Manama : The Military Court of Cassation yesterday adjourned Terrorist Cell Case 1/2017 to April 11 to allow the defense attorneys to present their oral appeals against the High Military Appeals Court ruling.
Convicted for the formation of a terrorist cell and committing several terrorist crimes, the defendants are:
1- Mubarak Adel Mubarak Mohanna, a soldier.
2- Fadhil Alsayed Abbas Hassan Radhi.
3- Alsayed Alawi Hussain Alawi Hussain.
4- Mohammed Abdulhassan Ahmed Almitghawi.
5- Mohammed Abdulhussain Saleh Al Shehabi.
6- Mohammed Abdulwahid Mohammed Alnajjar.
7- Hussain Mohammed Ahmed Shehab.
The defendants were granted all the legal sureties by the Military Cassation Court in compliance with Military Judiciary Law 2002.
Representatives of human rights organisations, media channels and defendants’ relatives, also attended the court session.
