No ban on sickle cell anaemia drug: Ministry
Manama : The Ministry of Health (MoH) dismissed what was circulated in media channels about banning the sickle patient medicine in private hospitals as a false story.
The ministry affirmed that it is continuing to provide quality health services to all patients, especially sickle cell anaemia patients in accordance with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and his continuous and keen follow-up to this category of patients.
