Poor visibility: Flights diverted
Manama : Several flights were delayed and diverted due to heavy fog that engulfed Bahrain last night causing poor visibility, Bahrain International Airport said yesterday.
Four flights were diverted to Dammam, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi and 35 flights cancelled, BIA said in the Twitter message.
BIA has asked passengers to check their flight status with their respective agencies. Gulf Air has informed the passengers that all incoming and outbound flights have been cancelled until further notice due to fog.
