Investors upbeat about business climate
Manama : Bahrain’s business confidence showed marked improvement in the third quarter of 2017, according to a survey conducted by the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA).
The survey, which measured investor confidence in the backdrop of current economic environment and future expectations, showed an uptick of 34.6 points in the third quarter of 2017, which is 6.69 per cent higher compared to the previous quarter. 52.6 per cent of institutions expressed optimism in the continued improvements in the business and commercial environment as well as expected activity during the upcoming period.
