PM issues edicts
Manama : His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday issued Edict 12/2017 on amending some provisions of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Edict 51/2012. Under the edict, clauses 1, 6 and 7 of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law were amended.
A new clause, 42 biz, was added to Edict 51/2012. The Civil Service President shall implement the edict which will take effect a day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
HRH Premier also issued Edict 13/2017 on amending some provisions of the Payroll table determining salaries and benefits and prescribing conditions for their entitlement for employees who are subject to the Civil Service Law.
