Bin Faqeeh showcases projects in Panorama Malls
Manama : Bin Faqeeh, a Bahrain-based privately owned real estate investment company, is showcasing of a number of its real estate projects at Panorama shopping mall, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The portfolio of projects being showcased includes “Waterbay”, located at the heart of Bahrain Bay. It will feature three distinct 10-storey residences with around 600 luxury apartments. The first of the three residences has an expected date of completion by end 2018.
Other projects showcased include “Hidd Heights” which consists of 13-storey building located in Hidd adjacent to Khalifa park, offering fully furnished studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, and ‘Plus’ which is a 13-floor residential tower located in Busaiteen.
The list of projects also includes “The Treasure” located in Dilmunia Island; “360°” at the shores of Durrat Marina, and “The Grand” a residential tower located in Seef District.
The move, according to Bin Faqeeh, is aimed at targeting a large segment of potential buyers and investors from around GCC.
