Egypt, Bahrain for greater bilateral ties
Deputy Prime Minister HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa yesterday affirmed Bahrain’s keen interest in promoting deep-rooted bilateral relations with Egypt in all fields to serve the best interest of the two countries.
Shaikh Ali said this while receiving the newly-appointed Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Mohammed Rifaat.
The Deputy Prime Minister also hailed the historical role played by Egypt to serve the Arab and Islamic nations and enhance the march of joint Arab action.
Shaikh Ali wished the new envoy every success in assuming her diplomatic duties, and bolstering bilateral relations.
The ambassador also expressed thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Premier and affirmed the keenness of her country on consolidating bilateral relations on all levels.
