The initiative aims to promote work-life balance, strengthen family engagement, and create a positive workplace environment through educational and interactive programmes.
Ali Abdullah Al Aradi, Assistant Secretary-General for Resources and Digital Systems at the Shura Council Secretariat and Chairman of the Equal Opportunities Committee, conveyed greetings from Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh and Secretary-General Karima Mohammed Al Abbasi to the participants.
Al Aradi said the forum reflects the Secretariat’s commitment to supporting employees’ families and strengthening the spirit of a unified workplace community.
The programme included activities designed to enhance children’s knowledge, promote citizenship values, and introduce them to the role and responsibilities of the Shura Council.
Participants also visited the Shura Council premises to learn about their parents’ work environment before touring Awal Dairy Company, where they explored production stages, quality standards, and food safety measures as part of an educational programme highlighting Bahrain’s key industries and development efforts.
