Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) has reaffirmed its commitment to developing national talent through its participation in Youth City 2030, organised by the Ministry of Youth in partnership with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).
BIPA Director-General Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa said the institute’s involvement reflects its role in equipping young Bahrainis with leadership, management and personal development skills to prepare them for the future.
The institute is delivering three specialised workshops focusing on management, teamwork and emotional intelligence, helping participants strengthen practical skills and enhance their readiness for professional and leadership roles.
