BDF on highest alert

Bahrain’s Defence Force (BDF) said its air defence systems successfully intercepted and destroyed several Iranian missiles and drones launched toward the Kingdom on Thursday, accusing Iran of continuing unlawful attacks targeting civilians.
The General Command said all military units remain at the highest level of combat readiness to protect the Kingdom. It urged the public not to approach suspicious objects or remnants from the attacks and to report them immediately to authorities.
The BDF said Royal Field Engineering teams are on full alert to safely dispose of unexploded remnants, adding that attacks on civilians and private property constitute a violation of international humanitarian law.
