Dubai Ruler Visits Bahrain Pavilion at Arabian Travel Market
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion participating in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre until September 17, 2026.
Upon His Highness’s arrival at the pavilion, he was received by Her Excellency Ms Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism, who welcomed His Highness and expressed her pride in the visit, noting that it reflects the deep-rooted brotherly relations and longstanding historical ties bonding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly UAE.
During the visit, His Highness was briefed on the pavilion’s showcase of the Kingdom’s key tourism assets, destinations and experiences, as well as the initiatives and projects contributing to strengthening Bahrain’s position as a distinguished tourism destination at both the regional and international levels.
H.E. the Minister of Tourism affirmed that His Highness’s visit to the pavilion reflects the strong and longstanding relations between the two brotherly countries. She also highlighted the importance of the Arabian Travel Market in showcasing the Kingdom’s tourism offerings, strengthening engagement with partners and representatives of the travel and tourism sector, and supporting greater GCC tourism cooperation and integration.
The Kingdom of Bahrain’s participation in the event comes as part of its efforts to showcase the diversity of its tourism offering, promote its destinations and tourism experiences, and strengthen engagement with representatives and experts from the global travel, tourism and hospitality industries.
