SLRB digitises survey office selection service

Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has fully digitised its Survey Office Selection service, enabling property owners to compare quotations from licensed survey offices and choose a provider entirely online.
The upgraded platform reduces processing times from an average of four working days to instant completion while simplifying the application process to just three steps. Officials said the changes are expected to improve service delivery by at least 25 per cent.
SLRB President Bassem bin Yaqoub Al Hamer said the initiative supports the Kingdom’s digital transformation strategy by simplifying procedures, improving customer experience and enhancing efficiency within the real estate sector.
