Isa Town Commercial Complex Set to Open in Late 2026 with BHD 2.4 Million Investment

The Isa Town Commercial Complex is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, following the completion of construction works, according to Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture.

During an inspection visit to the project site, Al Mubarak described the complex as one of the ministry’s key service projects aimed at strengthening partnerships with the private sector and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens and residents.

The minister said the ministry continues to modernise markets and service facilities in line with contemporary standards, supporting commercial activity while maximising the value of municipal assets.

The project, valued at BHD 2.4 million, is being developed, operated and invested in by Ramez International Group under a usufruct agreement. Covering an area of 16,765 square metres, the complex will feature outlets for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, poultry and related products, along with supporting facilities and more than 500 parking spaces.

Ramez Mohammed Al Awadhi, Chairman of Ramez International Group, said work is progressing according to schedule. He added that the complex will include an integrated e-commerce and order fulfilment centre to support home delivery services and improve service efficiency for residents of Isa Town and surrounding areas.
