His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued two edicts appointing directors at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and the Civil Service Bureau.
Under Edict (16) of 2026, Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij bin Khalifa Al Khalifa was appointed Director of the Real Estate Operations Directorate at RERA, succeeding Mehnaz Ghuloom Mohammed Abulqasim.
Under Edict (15) of 2026, Haitham Ali Khalil Nass was appointed Director of the Policies and Regulations Affairs Directorate at the Civil Service Bureau. Authorities also announced several other director-level appointments across key departments, including compliance, talent development, recruitment, performance management, and institutional excellence.
Both edicts take effect immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
