Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Bahrain, H.E. Ni Ruchi, at the ministry headquarters on Sunday.
The two sides reviewed the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain and China, highlighting their continued development and growth across various fields. They also exchanged views on regional developments and the current situation, including the implications of closing the Strait of Hormuz to international navigation, alongside other issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Mohammed Rashid Al Suwaidi, Acting Head of the Asia and Pacific Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
