Interior Minister receives Italian Ambassador
Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, received Andrea Catalano, Ambassador of the Italy to the Bahrain.
The meeting was attended by Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Police.
During the meeting, the Minister praised the strong bilateral relations between the two countries, particularly in the field of policing, and highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in security.
The discussions also covered joint security programmes and a number of topics aimed at strengthening collaboration, in addition to reviewing the latest regional and international developments.
