Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, visited a local water factory today to review the production process and assess its readiness and capacity to meet the needs of the local market, particularly during these exceptional times.
The minister highlighted that Bahrain has a robust industrial base, with over thirty water factories operating across the kingdom. Local production is further supported by imports from various countries, ensuring a steady and reliable supply.
“There is a large stock available, and water supplies are sufficient,” said Minister Fakhro. “We reassure citizens and residents that there is no need to worry or purchase more than necessary.”
The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to monitor essential supplies and ensure that Bahrain’s industrial and commercial sectors are fully prepared to meet the demands of the population.
