MP Expresses Deep Regret Over Sitra Attack

MP Visits Sitra Following Iranian Attack, Calls for Unity and Support for Affected Families

 Manama: MP Jalila Alawi Al-Sayed, representing the Sitra constituency, expressed her deep regret over the recent malicious Iranian attack in the area, which caused injuries to several citizens and residents. She described the incident as leaving a painful humanitarian impact on the local community and all those who followed the developments. Al-Sayed wished a speedy recovery for all the injured and the swift return of stability and calm to affected families.

During her visit to the site, Al-Sayed assessed the situation on the ground, reviewed the extent of damage to homes and properties, and checked on the condition of several injured individuals at hospitals. She emphasized ongoing coordination with relevant authorities to meet the needs of the affected families and provide necessary support during this challenging time.

Al-Sayed praised the rapid response of emergency services and security teams, commending their professional handling of the situation. She also highlighted the readiness and efforts of medical staff at health centers and hospitals, particularly at Salmaniya Medical Complex, in receiving and treating the injured with efficiency and competence.

The MP called for strengthening community solidarity during this period, noting Bahrain’s longstanding tradition of unity and support during crises.
