Yousif Sets Personal Best In Berlin Marathon

Bahrain Olympic Committee representative Yousif Ali Hussain achieved a new personal best after completing the 2026 Berlin Marathon in four hours and 20 minutes.
Yousif was among more than 56,000 runners representing 162 countries in one of the world’s most prestigious marathon events.
More than one million spectators lined the route through the German capital, which took runners past some of the city’s historic landmarks before finishing near the iconic Brandenburg Gate.
Yousif expressed his gratitude to the Bahrain Olympic Committee and its secretary general Faris Al Kooheji for their support and encouragement.
His participation formed part of his efforts to represent Bahrain at major international sporting events.
