Nasser Center Wins Top AI Award for Second Year in a Row

Nasser Scientific and Technological Center has won the “Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector” award at the 2025 e-Government Excellence Awards ceremony, held at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Center in the presence of Lieutenant-General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior.

The center received the award for the “AI-Supported Classroom” solution for the second consecutive year. The technology enhances the learning process in classrooms by improving student engagement while also supporting teachers in virtual learning environments.

The AI-powered solution features the “Smart Teacher”, available 24/7, which provides instant explanations, automated assessments, and intelligent content generation tailored to each student’s needs using advanced AI models, including AI agents. The platform also offers advanced analytical dashboards for academic administration, enabling data-driven performance monitoring and decision-making.

Commenting on the achievement, Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, CEO of Nasser Scientific and Technological Center, stated that the award reflects the center’s commitment to transforming knowledge into practical applications that support development across various sectors. He praised the R&D team for continuously developing AI technologies that meet the needs of diverse fields, including education, industry, healthcare, and finance.
