Bahrain Commander-in-Chief Meets Pakistani Military Delegation
Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), today received Lieutenant General Tabassum Habib, Director General of Joint Staff Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and head of the Pakistani delegation participating in the 21st meeting of the Bahrain-Pakistan Joint Military Cooperation Committee, held at the BDF headquarters.
The meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs.
The Commander-in-Chief welcomed the Pakistani delegation, praising the strong brotherly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. He highlighted the depth of the military and defence cooperation between the two countries and the significant progress achieved in strengthening these strategic ties.
