HM King appoints, transfers Interior Ministry officials

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (41) of 2025 appointing and transferring officials within the Ministry of Interior, following a proposal by the Minister of Interior and the approval of the Cabinet.

His Excellency Ali Abdulhussain Al Shaikh Khalaf Al Asfoor, Governor of the Northern Governorate, is transferred to serve as Advisor for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, at the rank of Undersecretary.

H.E. Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, is appointed as General Coordinator for the Governorates at the Ministry of Interior, succeeding Mubarak bin Ahmed Al Fadhel.

Hassan Abdullah Mohammed Al Madani, Deputy Governor of the Capital Governorate, is appointed as Governor of the Northern Governorate, succeeding Ali Abdulhussain Al Shaikh Khalaf Al Asfoor, for a four-year term. H.E Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa is appointed as Governor of the Capital Governorate, succeeding Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, for a fouryear term.

Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar Al Sayed, Assistant Chief of Public Security for Community Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, is transferred to serve as Deputy Governor of the Capital Governorate, succeeding Hassan Abdullah Mohammed Al Madani, for a four-year term.

Assistant Chief

Major General Abdulsalam Yousif Al Arifi, Director-General of the General Directorate of Correction and Rehabilitation at the Ministry of Interior, is appointed Assistant Chief of Public Security for Community Affairs, succeeding Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Jaafar Al Sayed.

Colonel Adnan Jumaa Abdullah Bahr is appointed Director-General of the General Directorate of Correction and Rehabilitation at the Ministry of Interior, succeeding Major General Abdulsalam Yousif Al Arifi.

The Minister of Interior shall implement the provisions of the decree, which takes effect upon its issuance, and shall be pubHM the King lished in the Official Gazette.
