Land development initiatives under the Government Land Rights Development Programme—executed in partnership with the private sector—are progressing steadily, with notable acceleration in completion rates.
This was highlighted by Her Excellency Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, who affirmed the government’s commitment to expanding the Kingdom’s housing supply.

Project Updates

Al Naseem Project (Salman City)
Executed in collaboration with Delmon Gate, the Al Naseem project has reached a 79% completion rate. It includes 131 housing units, with construction now in the final finishing stage, including electricity connection works.
The project spans 23,000 square metres, with unit sizes ranging from 171 to 190 square metres, and each home featuring a built-up area of 265 square metres. -
Al Wadi Project (Buhair)
Carried out by Al Saraya Company, the Al Wadi development has achieved a 59% completion rate. -
Hoorat Sanad Project
Executed by Al Naml Group, this project has progressed to a 15% completion rate.
The Ministry continues to monitor and support these developments as part of its strategic plan to meet Bahrain’s growing housing demands through innovative public-private partnerships.
