Disney+ Will Soon Stream Fan-Made TikToks on Its Platform

CALIFORNIA: The Walt Disney Company and TikTok have announced a landmark global partnership to bring user-generated short-form content directly onto the Disney+ streaming platform.
Under the agreement, participating TikTok creators can opt in to have their short videos featured on "Verts," the dedicated vertical feed integrated within the Disney+ app.
To support fan creators, the deal provides official access to clips, audio, and visual assets from iconic franchises across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and FX.
The initiative will launch as a pilot program in the United States before expanding internationally, backed by a joint ambassador program that offers top creators special perks and event access.
This historic collaboration represents the first time a major subscription streaming service has integrated user-generated social media content directly into its application.
