Dubai Holding Teams Up with Microsoft to Expand AI Across Businesses
Dubai Holding has announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across its operations, becoming one of the first organisations in the Middle East and Africa region to implement AI at enterprise scale.
The partnership will integrate AI technologies into Dubai Holding’s businesses spanning real estate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, investments, and community management.
According to the company, employees across the group will gain access to AI-powered tools through a unified platform designed to support daily operations, automate routine tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes.
Dubai Holding said the initiative will also include the deployment of AI agents capable of streamlining operations and boosting productivity across multiple sectors.
To support the rollout, the group plans to launch training programmes, workshops, and practical AI development sessions aimed at helping employees adopt and apply AI technologies effectively within their roles.
The collaboration aligns with the UAE’s broader ambitions to become a global leader in artificial intelligence and supports national initiatives including the UAE National AI Strategy 2031 and the Dubai AI Roadmap.
Amit Kaushal said technology continues to play a central role in how the company operates and creates value across its businesses.
He noted that integrating AI into core operations reflects Dubai Holding’s long-term strategy to support innovation and digital transformation in line with Dubai’s future-focused economic vision.
Meanwhile, Brad Smith said the next phase of AI growth will be defined by how organisations apply the technology at scale to improve productivity and generate long-term value.
Dubai Holding added that the partnership forms part of its wider AI expansion strategy, which also includes collaborations with global technology firms such as Palantir Technologies through its joint venture Aither.
