Al Noor International School Hosts Inaugural Inter-School Spelling Bee 2026

Al Noor International School successfully hosted its inaugural Inter-School Spelling Bee Competition 2026 on 21st January, bringing together students from across the Kingdom to celebrate academic excellence and language proficiency.
The competition featured Grade 6 and Grade 8 students from several schools, including Quest School, Talent International School, Al Mahd School, Noor Al Diyar Private School, Nadeen School, Sacred Heart School, Capital School, and the host school. Participants competed in engaging rounds such as The Word Work-Up, The Knockout Round, and The Spell Sprint.
After a series of challenging rounds, Jatan Jigar of Sacred Heart School won the Grade 6 category, while Ajidesh Elangesan of Al Noor International School claimed first place in the Grade 8 category.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony attended by Director Dr. Muhammad Mashood and Principal Mr. AbduRahman Alkooheji, who presented trophies, medals, and certificates to the winners and participants. School representatives also received certificates of recognition. Also present were the Head teachers and other school officials.
The event highlighted the importance of language skills, confidence, and critical thinking, reinforcing Al Noor International School’s commitment to academic excellence.
