The Asian School Celebrates Student Innovation at ‘STREAMSCAPES 2026’

The Asian School, Bahrain, hosted the grand finale of "STREAMSCAPES 2026 - Nexus of Humanities, Commerce, and Science Streams", celebrating the creativity, technological ingenuity, and interdisciplinary excellence of its Grade 11 and 12 students.

The prestigious occasion was graced by Guests of Honour Dr. Ali Hassan Follad, Advisor at the CEO's Office of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, and Mr. Aruldas Thomas, General Manager of iPoint and UniData, who both commended the high caliber of student presentations.

Aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), this year's theme, "Building Smart Tourism in Bahrain through AI Innovation," challenged participants to explore how artificial intelligence and modern technology can elevate Bahrain's tourism sector, highlight its cultural heritage, support local enterprises, and drive sustainable economic development.

Five finalist teams—Team Raven, Team Noor, Team Haven, Team Haysum, and Team NasiAwal—pitched technology-driven concepts during the final showcase. Following a rigorous evaluation, Team Haven secured first place for their innovative solution, while Team NasiAwal took second place, and Team Noor claimed third place.
