Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), the Home of Motorsport in the Middle East, will host the Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain, the eighth and final round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), on 7 and 8 November.

BIC is inviting fans to purchase their tickets early to enjoy an action-packed weekend on and off the track, featuring a full programme of races and family entertainment suitable for all ages.

The FIA World Endurance Championship is the second largest championship organised by the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) after Formula 1. The spirit of Le Mans returns to Sakhir through the 8 Hours of Bahrain, which brings together top international motorsport stars, as well as some of the fastest and most technologically advanced cars from leading global brands.

The championship is renowned for its high-performance endurance racing, featuring two main classes: Hypercar and LMGT3. More than 35 teams are expected to line up on the starting grid, promising a unique experience for motorsport fans.

The championship includes prominent racing names, such as former Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button, Mick Schumacher, Kevin Magnussen, Antonio Giovinazzi, Sébastien Buemi, Robert Kubica, and Kamui Kobayashi.

This year’s Bapco Energies 8 Hours of Bahrain will be the 14th WEC race held in Sakhir and the seventh under its current eight-hour format, making it the only race of this duration on the world champion-ship calendar.

In addition to the endurance race, BIC will host the opening round of the Porsche Carrera Cup Middle East, providing even more excitement for motorsport fans.

As usual, BIC’s entertainment area will be filled with family activities and side events off the track. For the fourth consecutive year, the environmentally friendly Green Ticket Initiative, launched by BIC in partnership with Bapco Energies, returns, with a portion of ticket proceeds donated to the Bahrain Mangrove Initiative in support of environmental sustainability.

Tickets are available at BD 5.5 for adults and BD 2.75 for children for both race days. They can be purchased at bahraingp.com or by calling +973- 17450000.

Luxury hospitality packages (Le Mans Spirit Club) are also available at a price of BD290 for two days, with discounts for tables of ten people. The package includes premium hospitality services and an exclusive atmosphere overlooking the main starting grid.
