Bahrain calls for stronger ties with Maldives

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday stressed the importance of boosting bilateral ties during talks with Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, the President of Maldives.
Bahrain and Maldives, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, should push bilateral relations to a more advanced level to achieve the aspirations of the leaders and the people of the two countries.
The meeting was in light of the agreements signed between Bahrain and Maldives to enhance bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
The meeting focused on boosting and opening new horizons for cooperation, issues of mutual interest, and the latest regional and international development.
The President of Maldives thanked HRH for his interest in strengthening cooperation, praising the warm reception and hospital received in Bahrain for his delegation.
