Filipino Ambassador meets two Bahrain human rights officials

Philippine Ambassador Alfonso Ver welcomed Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society (BHRWS) Secretary-General Faisal Fulad at Philippine Embassy in Mahooz. They hailed the strong relations between Bahrain and the Philippines and highlighted cooperation and partnership in human rights, peace and COVID-19 vaccine support.
Ambassador Ver praised His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his comprehensive COVID-19 directives to safeguard the health of citizens and residents in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He also thanked HRH Prince Salman for supporting expatriates to get vaccinated, providing medical assistance, and extending humanitarian support to all the needy. Fulad urged all expatriates in Bahrain to get vaccinated. BHRWS is committed to ensuring the welfare and protection of expatriates’ rights in the Kingdom.
