BAHRAIN TO HOST ILC CONFERENCE 2015

rnBahrain will host the International Leadership Conference (ILC) 2015 on May 26 and 27, under the patronage of Energy Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza.
rnUnder the theme "Leadership and Knowledge Management", ILC will be organised by the Bahrain Management Society (BMS), along with the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA).
rnThe Energy Minister will open the two-day event, and deliver a lecture on management and leadership.
rnHe will also present experiences on management, and highlight the importance of excellence in management and transfer of knowledge in enhancing performance and productivity.
rnThe minister praised the series of leadership conferences organised by BMS, in terms of themes and diversity.
rnHe confirmed the importance of ILC theme, noting that the conference will provide a platform to present the latest studies, successful practices and the challenges in knowledge management.
rnHe said the conference would attract 15 high-level local and international speakers.
