BCFC Joins the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme

Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC) has announced its joining of the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme, one of Hope Talents initiatives under Hope Fund, as part of its commitment to embedding a culture of appreciation within the workplace and recognising the efforts of its employees. This step reaffirms the Company's approach to investing in its human capital as a cornerstone of its success, and its continued ability to deliver financial services that meet the needs of individuals and businesses across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The joining agreement was signed in the presence of Mr. Abdulla Bukhowa, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company (BCFC); Mr. Ahmed BuRashid, Chairman of Hope Talents; Shaikha Noora bint Isa Al Khalifa, General Manager of Wins; and Ms. Hanan Al Ali, Chief People and Culture Officer at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company; alongside a number of representatives from both sides.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdulla Abdulrazaq Bukhowa affirmed that BCFC's joining of the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme reflects the Company's drive to foster a positive and motivating work environment, noting that employee recognition is a fundamental element in supporting institutional performance and reinforcing loyalty and belonging. He said: "At BCFC, we believe that our employees are the foundation of our success and the continuity of our growth. Our joining of the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme is a testament to our commitment to valuing their efforts and celebrating their contributions, in a way that strengthens a sense of belonging and motivation within our workplace."
For his part, Mr. Ahmed BuRashid, Chairman of Hope Talents, welcomed BCFC’s participation in the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme, noting that the involvement of leading national institutions reflects a growing recognition of the importance of employee appreciation as an effective tool for enhancing retention, motivation, and long-term commitment. Mr. BuRashid said: "We are proud to welcome Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company to the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme, and we value their dedication to adopting initiatives that motivate employees and strengthen their connection to their organisation. The participation of nationally established companies contributes to expanding the programme's reach and building more positive and talent-attracting work environments."
BCFC's participation, as one of Bahrain's prominent financing companies, comes as part of the continued expansion of the Employee Loyalty Rewards Programme in its second year, which has attracted 24 companies from various sectors since its launch, reflecting growing interest in embedding a culture of appreciation within workplaces. The programme and its prizes are managed by Wins, a company under Hope Fund, which oversees the monthly awards aimed at motivating employees and encouraging sustained commitment and dedication.
