Bapco Energies Announces Information Sessions and Application Opening for NBH Future Energy Leaders Program

Bapco Energies, the integrated energy company dedicated to powering the next generation and securing Bahrain’s long-term future energy, has announced that applications for the NBH Future Energy Leaders – Scholarship and Career Development Program will open on June 15, 2026.
Launched in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of Bapco Energies, the program underscores Bapco Energies’ commitment to empowering Bahraini youth.
This merit-based flagship initiative is open to two categories of applicants: high-achieving Grade 11 students seeking to pursue undergraduate studies, and professionals with a minimum of three years of experience seeking to pursue postgraduate studies and research in priority disciplines relevant to the energy sector.
The program provides eligible Bahraini nationals with a comprehensive development pathway that combines academic study at leading international universities with hands-on industry training, mentorship, and structured career development opportunities.
Ahead of applications opening on June 15, 2026, Bapco Energies will host a series of public information sessions to provide prospective applicants with an opportunity to learn more about the program, eligibility criteria, available disciplines, and application process. The sessions are open to all eligible Bahraini nationals across both the undergraduate and postgraduate tracks and will be offered in person, with a virtual attendance option available.
