Housing beneficiaries, applicants urged to register on notification system

The Ministry of Housing has called on all citizens benefitting from housing services, or those who have filed applications, to register their personal data in the National Notifications System. The “NotifyMe” service offers Bahrainis, residents, and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens a central platform to automatically receive official notifications related to their government transactions via SMS and e-mail, instead of through post.

It was launched in line with the objectives of the Executive Committee, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. It is among several projects and national initiatives to develop and automate government services and offer them at the highest levels of quality to citizens and residents.

To use the “NotifyMe” service on bahrain.bh, users can select Register Contact Details by the e-key or identity card. Once the login attempt is successful, the system will request users to enter their mobile numbers and the OneTime Password (OTP) that they receive via SMS for the same mobile number entered.

They can then click on the link that will e-mail a confirmation link, which will complete the registration process. The Housing Ministry said that people should register their data on services.bahrain. bh/wps/portal/NationalNotifications_ar.
