Budaiya Club condemns Iranian interference
Budaiya Sport and Cultural Club strongly condemned continued blatant Iranian interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs.
In a statement on behalf of its affiliates and villagers, the club denounced flagrant Iranian attempts to subvert Bahrain’s security and stability and spark chaos with the aim of serving its expansionist designs.
It paid tribute to the security agencies which succeeded in uncovering a big cache of weapons, explosives and ammunitions in Nuwaidrat village.
It affirmed the stance of all Budaiya residents in support of the Government of Bahrain, backing its decision to declare the Iranian charge d’affaires persona non-grata.
They hailed the letter which was addressed by the Minister of Interior to the United Nations (UN) secretary-general regarding the Iranian interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs.
