Breaking News: Four year old died in road accident
A Bahraini girl was killed in a horrific traffic accident that occurred in Dar Kulaib village near Hamad Town on Wednesday afternoon.
Identified as Reem Hussain Al Aradi, 4, the girl was hit by a car near a flower shop that her father owned on the busy commercial road near the entrance of the village.
Interior Ministry confirmed the incident in a tweet, adding that “relevant procedures are being taken”. No further details were revealed on the identity or fate of the driver who caused the accident.
Reem, who was her parent’s only child, was mourned by her father the florist in a message that was widely circulated online. “You are the only thing I have in this life. I have deprived myself from everything for you my daughter. If you hear me, your father loves you so much,” the heartbroken father said in the recording.
